Shipping

When will my order ship? Orders get packed within 1-2 days of being received, and will ship no later than the third day after being placed, except for weekends and holidays. We will do our best to ship orders placed on Thursday or Friday by Friday that same week, however they may not ship until Monday of the following week. If shipping will be delayed for any reason, we will reach out to you!

What are my shipping options? Currently we are able to offer $5.99 flat-rate shipping using USPS Ground Advantage, including a tracking number and up to $100 insurance. USPS states delivery within 2-5 business days, however this is not a guaranteed delivery window and Stray Margins isn't responsible for delays once the carrier is in possession of your order. If you would like to use a different carrier, don't hesitate to contact us!

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! For all orders over $30 we offer free shipping using USPS Ground Advantage, including a tracking number and up to $100 insurance. 

Do you ship internationally? Currently we are not able to offer an international shipping option, but you're more than welcome to reach out via our contact page for a shipping quote!

There's something wrong with my order! Oh no! If your order is incorrect or was damaged in transit, reach out to us via our contact page as soon as possible and we will do our best to make it right. If your order was marked delivered but you aren't in possession, reach out to your local post office. If your order still hasn't arrived and it's been more than three weeks, reach out to us via our contact page so we can work with you toward a solution.
